IT leadership. Hands on by habit.

I’m an IT leader and have been based in Dublin since 2015. At Fin (formerly Intercom), I lead IT Operations, Engineering and Infrastructure for more than 1,400 employees, a zero trust, SaaS-first environment with a focus on identity, corporate security, AI, automation, and making technology easier for employees to use.

Away from work, I’m usually tinkering with Linux or hardware. I maintain open source ports and drivers for devices whose vendors only ship Windows software, desktop clients and Stream Deck plugins, Unraid plugins, and a set of tools around AI agents such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, and Codex.
